"World Order of the Golden Star of Cultural Diplomacy"
An honorary international award based on the idea of uniting the creative elite of humanity who think progressively. It is not only a symbol of recognition of the merits and personal contribution of the awardee to the common treasury of cultural values of civilization, but also a sign of belonging to the community of the brightest and most active part of modern humanity.

Laureates of the international award "Cultural Diplomacy" may be awarded with the World Order of the Golden Star of Cultural Diplomacy. The decision is made by the expert council of the NGO "Grands, Ratings, and Nominations", the NGO "Committee of Public Awards of Ukraine", and the NGO "Cultural Diplomat" according to the version of the Information Agency "Cultural Diplomat."

The diploma of the award winner with the date and number of the decision on awarding the prize in the relevant nominations will be posted and published on the Page of the organizing committee:

The presentation can take place remotely or at events. The concept of receiving the diploma of the laureate of the International prize "Cultural Diplomacy" remotely involves the use of modern media technologies and informational resources for conducting the awarding procedure.

The terms and procedures of remote diploma reception of the laureate of the International prize "Cultural Diplomacy" are determined by the organizations "Grands, Ratings, and Nominations," "Committee of Public Awards of Ukraine," NGO "Cultural Diplomat," and the Information Agency "Cultural Diplomat."

Public and charitable organizations, together with the Information Agency "Cultural Diplomat," conduct the selection of nominees. Individuals who have made a contribution to the development of culture and art, sports, science, medicine, and other individuals who contribute to the strengthening of international relations and understanding between peoples are considered as nominees.

Participants receive the diploma of the laureate of the International prize "Cultural Diplomacy." Such a diploma allows laureates to participate in further events organized by the organizations and be awarded with other international prizes.

Participation in the nomination and awarding procedure of the International prize "Cultural Diplomacy" is carried out on the principle of crowdfunding. This means that public support and funding from various individuals and organizations who believe in the value and importance of cultural diplomacy for societal development are involved in organizing this event. This approach allows more people to contribute to creating positive changes in the field of culture and art.

Artists, sculptors, architects, and artists possess the unique gift of embodying this connection through their works. They are active participants in creating cultural energy embodied in these works and the beauty that surrounds our lives.

Beauty is the beginning of energetic creativity. It plays an important role in the evolution and development of both the planet and humanity. Without beauty, the presence of the subtle energy necessary for our progress and enlightenment is impossible. However, we still do not fully understand the foundations of our evolution, unaware that art is the key to unlocking our potential.
